Since our inception in 1954 as a Junior Museum, we have worked with educators as an informal learning center to teach young people about the environment by supporting educators, and providing innovative and inspiring programs.

The feedback provided from last year, plus our experience, has enabled us to provide for you a wonderful series of environmental education programs that meet your needs as an educator and provide the best possible experience for the participants.

The following information explains our programs, policies and ways in which you can make your program the best experience for you and your group.

The Coyote Point Museum for Environmental Education is a learning center that inspires each of us to make a lifelong commitment to act responsibly in caring for the earth. We provide engaging, educational experiences for our diverse, multi-generational, Bay Area community through wildlife, gardens, exhibitions, and programs that relate to the global environment.
