Welcome to "Adventures in Education," Coyote Point Museum's environmental education resource for schools and organized groups.

With "Adventures in Education" you will find a wide range of high quality, hands-on, innovative environmental education programs designed to support school and group educators in science and nature education. While Coyote Point Museum's school group programs are designed with California's Science Content Standards in mind, home-schools, scouts, and other groups are also invited to take advantage of these educational programs during their group visits.

Our programs and facilities have involved a myriad of groups and individuals for over 54 years! Many classroom teachers and group organizers have found that our method of educating young people about the environment has helped to make science more accessible and understandable, inspired curiosity and learning, and made a positive impact on youth.

Last year, 10,000 children and educators experienced Coyote Point Museum's unique environmental education programs. Whether you're a group organizer looking for an educational field trip, a teacher implementing an inquiry-based approach to environmental science, or parent with children who love nature, Coyote Point Museum has plenty to offer.

The Coyote Point Museum for Environmental Education is a learning center that inspires each of us to make a lifelong commitment to act responsibly in caring for the earth. We provide engaging, educational experiences for our diverse, multi-generational, Bay Area community through wildlife, gardens, exhibitions, and programs that relate to the global environment.
