The mission of Coyote Point Museum is to educate and inspire people to take care of our earth wisely.

We do this through our interactive science exhibits, live animal encounters, engaging environmental science programs, and lush botanical gardens.

Coyote Point Museum by the numbers:

• Over 80,000 visitors in 2009
• 10,000 children who participated in our school programs, camps, and public programs in 2009
• Over 100 live, mostly native, non-releasable animals
• 144 volunteers who gave 9,877 hours in 2009
